Civil Litigation Attorney Jennifer K. Register

Memberships: State Bar of Georgia; Georgia Trial Lawyers Association; American Association of Justice

Jennifer K. Register believes lawyers can make a difference in people’s lives.

This makes her a perfect fit for Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C., which is helping women from across the U.S. to seek justice after suffering injuries from defective transvaginal mesh products.

“It’s an honor to be working with a team of excellent lawyers who are truly dedicated to the cause of helping these women and their families,” Jennifer says.

Jennifer’s ability to counsel clients, analyze complex legal issues and think outside of the box has made her an invaluable member of the law firm’s surgical mesh litigation team. She has a proven ability to manage several projects at one time and to multi-task.

Throughout her career, she has focused on civil litigation. She has extensive experience in trial, arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University, where she majored in International Politics and minored in Spanish and History.

She went on to earn her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. As a law student, she concentrated in the area of business law, served as a teaching assistant in the school’s Legal Skills Program and participated in the ABA Client Counseling Competition.

Jennifer is admitted to plead and practice in all Georgia state trial and appellate courts. She also is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.

When she isn’t practicing law, Jennifer serves as a fitness instructor and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and new baby girl.
