Personal Injury Attorney Ravneet K. Julka

As an attorney, Ravneet G. Julka enjoys the opportunity to positively impact the lives of her clients and others.

“To me, helping individuals find their voice and assert their legal rights for the betterment of everyone is my way of making this world a better place to live in,” says Ravneet, who earned her law degree from the University of California’s Hastings College of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since 2005.

Ravneet is currently focusing her efforts on product liability cases involving the surgical use of transvaginal mesh in repairing pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence. She is working closely with fellow Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C, attorneys in ongoing federal court transvaginal mesh litigation against some of the country’s largest medical device companies.

“This law firm is comprised of people who are not only incredibly intelligent but who are also exceptionally experienced in product liability litigation,” Ravneet says. “Furthermore, we are tremendously compassionate and feel a high degree of personal responsibility to each client we represent.”

If a person has been harmed through no fault of their own, such as when they have suffered injuries due to a defective product, they should consult an attorney in order to protect their legal rights, Ravneet says.

“The complexity and vastness of our legal system can be overwhelming for anyone, especially when facing a large corporation,” she says.

“By asking an experienced lawyer for help, clients remove the worry and stress of navigating the legal system. They also can gain the reassurance of having a team of highly educated and experienced lawyers represent their interests.”

When she is not practicing law, Ravneet enjoys reading, writing and spending time with her husband and their three children. She especially enjoys coaching soccer for her daughters.

“My proudest moments are at the end of each season when I see the girls on my teams display the confidence they have gained from playing a sport and playing it well,” she says.
